The only way to get your case heard in front of a judge without having to hire an attorney is by filing a small claims claim.  Small claims court rules are easy to understand, filing fees are very minimal and best of all you represent yourself.  Whether you have been involved in a vehicle accident and the insurance company doesn't want to pay, or your former landlord owes you a security deposit; or a contractual dispute you may want to consider small claims court for your choice of venue.  At ECS, our process servers will serve your small claims and file the proof of service with the court hearing your case.  We like to make things easy and provide you with the best service possible in the legal service industry. 
 
Our flat fee services and no hidden charges may be reimbursed in a judgment when you win your case.  Whether this is your first time filing a small claims action or you have a post judgment service, we are here to help you.  If you have an Application and Order to Produce Statement of Assets and to Appear for Examination (Small Claims Court) you require a registered process server to execute service of this document.  The law requires that this document be served 10 days prior to the court hearing and a proof of service be filed with the courthouse heairng the case.
